To our own international curriculum
Regular classes and customised sessions or activities for businesses, teams or groups.
Our regular classes are held online or at our studio in Browns Bay on Auckland's North Shore.
The customised sessions can be at our studio or at a mutually convenient venue.
Mindfulness - regular classes
Each Mindfulness session follows a similar format:
Simple Mindfulness technique - such as a breathing exercise or listening task.
Introduction - which may be a discussion, a video, some music, etc.
Activity - to show or explain. Which can be done using meditation, a game, a puzzle, worksheets, etc.
Plenary - a reflection on the session., regarding what has been discussed, learned or achieved.
Mindfulness - customised sessions
What would you prefer?
Do you think that you or your group or staff would benefit from some time out? Would you like to consider a mindfulness retreat of some kind?
How about for specific members of your staff?
What about a particular team?
Or perhaps for everyone!
How long would suit you or be best for them?
- For an hour or so
- A whole morning
- A full day
- A series of sessions over different days
Individually? As a small team? As a whole group?
At Acquire Wisdom New Zealand we can offer sessions for an individual, small groups (of up to 5 people) or for larger teams.
